Long Island personal injury attorney Brian Griffin, of Foley Griffin, was quoted in a Newsday article about the Rall case.
Attorney Griffin is representing Matthew Rall, who is facing charges after allegedly getting into an altercation with another patron at a bar. Records also show that Rall followed the other patron onto the LIE eastbound, and deliberately smashed into his vehicle.
